Job description

Title: Marketing Coordinator | Location: Greater Toronto Area | Company: Triumph Group of Companies

How Your Role Contributes to the Business

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll report to the Marketing Manager and turn good ideas into content, sales materials, campaigns, and events across businesses like Heather & Little, PrimeFab, Haus Architectural Supply, and Rawley Resort & Marina. You'll work closely with the marketing team, division leaders, and sales, with support as you learn our businesses and real responsibility for keeping your own work on track. Good work in this role means presentations go out clean, event details never slip through the cracks, and when something does get missed, you flag it early, fix it, and tighten the checklist so it doesn't happen again.

What We Offer
  • Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Company-provided benefits
  • Stable, full-time employment
  • Occasional local travel to trade shows, sites, and showrooms
  • Variety in your work, from digital content and sales decks to trade shows, campaigns, and internal communications across several divisions
  • Room to build your skills, learn from the marketing team, and take on more responsibility as you grow
  • A team that values useful ideas, clear communication, and people who follow through
What You Bring to the Table
Technical Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related coordination role, with examples of work you helped deliver
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to turn rough notes into clear content
  • Confidence building and formatting PowerPoint presentations, with a good eye for layout, consistency, and readability
  • Practical experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, plus hands-on work with social media, email marketing, or website updates (a CMS, email platform, project management tool, or CRM is a bonus)
  • Experience supporting events or trade shows and keeping supplier, material, and logistics details organized.
  • Experience in construction, building products, manufacturing, or another B2B environment is an asset
Attributes
  • You take pride in both the message and the details, and you check your work before it goes to anyone else.
  • When a brief is unclear, you ask. When something slips, you say so right away and explain what you'll do differently.
  • You make the reasonable call to keep things moving instead of waiting to be told, and you follow up when you need input from others.
  • You share what you know, whether that’s where the latest logo lives or a shortcut in PowerPoint, so the whole team works faster.
  • You take feedback well, make revisions without fuss, and stay calm when priorities shift.
What You’ll Own
  • Create and edit social posts, email content, website updates, newsletters, and announcements, adapting the message for each audience and checking facts with the right people
  • Build and update PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, product sheets, and proposal materials that are easy to follow and accurate before review
  • Schedule approved social posts, prepare email campaigns, and make website content updates, checking links, images, formatting, and approvals before anything goes live
  • Coordinate events and trade shows, tracking registrations, supplier deadlines, booth materials, shipping, staffing, and event checklists
  • Organize lead information from events and campaigns so sales can follow up quickly
  • Maintain marketing calendars and task trackers, confirm requirements and deadlines, and flag delays early so the team can respond
  • Prepare clear requests for designers, printers, and suppliers, coordinate revisions, and confirm finished materials meet the brief and brand guidelines
  • Use approved templates and keep the same brand standard across every division's material
  • Organize photography, logos, presentations, and other assets so colleagues can always find the right version
  • Compile basic social, email, and campaign reports, check the data, and share useful observations with the marketing team
