Reporting to our Director of Marketing, we are seeking a highly organized, execution‑focused Marketing Coordinator to support and accelerate marketing initiatives across the business (new business and customer marketing).
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of full‑time marketing experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, on‑time, high‑quality work. While there is room to grow, this role requires immediate contribution, ownership, and consistent execution. You will be responsible for translating strategy into executed campaigns and measurable outputs across content creation, event coordination, digital marketing, email marketing, and social media. Strong foundational skills — communication, prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to apply feedback — are required for this role.

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 CAD, with compensation determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
