Position: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Montreal (Hybrid)

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the growth of Zaddons. In this role, you’ll help drive campaigns, create content, and support cross-functional initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with sales, product, and partner teams to keep marketing projects moving and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Support Sales & Partner Enablement

Help create, organize, and distribute marketing materials that drive sales and strengthen partner relationships.

Execute Marketing Campaign

Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to manage timelines, coordinate assets, and support the rollout of campaigns across email, events, paid media, and social.

Contribute to Content Development

Support the development of marketing content, including blog posts, email copy, and presentations, in collaboration with subject matter experts and the Senior Marketing Manager.

Social Media Management

Help plan, schedule, and publish content across various platforms, ensuring that posts align with campaign goals and the brand's voice. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track performance to inform future content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align messaging, gather insights, and coordinate marketing initiatives that support product launches, sales goals, and customer engagement.

Market and Industry Knowledge

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the HR Tech industry, including trends and best practices, to ensure content creation is relevant and forward-thinking.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in a marketing role, with a strong focus on **B2B** marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Fully bilingual (English and French) with excellent written and verbal communication skills (mostly English-speaking customer base).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (particularly HubSpot) is an asset.

  • Content Creation: Proven ability to write compelling, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for B2B audiences.
  • People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conducting interviews and collaborating with partners and customers
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas to connect with our audiences.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics. Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for creating visuals.
  • Proficiency in using AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to enhance content creation, analytics, and marketing strategies.
