Job summary

Kitchen Stuff Plus Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing execution, strategy development, and budget management, contributing to a high-performance culture.

The role involves coordinating plans, calendars, content, reports, and partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to strengthen brand presence in the housewares market.

Qualifications

  • Ability to execute marketing projects from start to finish under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a critical eye for quality and accuracy.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly in writing and speech.
  • 2–3 years of work experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Post-secondary education, prefer Business Marketing, Graphic Design or Photography.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and graphic design software; PC or MAC.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative atmosphere with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate plans and track workflow for marketing department and in-store events.
  • Update promotional marketing calendars and coordinate all involved departments for projects.
  • Build coupons and test, track, and analyze data with a weekly summary.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing Coordinator to develop and maintain daily content and marketing calendars.
  • Maintain marketing portfolio and documents as required.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Execute marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies within the budget.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Liaise with Finance on classification of marketing expenses and budget.
  • Coordinate graphic, print production, shipping, and allocation of marketing materials.
  • Champion the communication of marketing programs to stores and operations.
  • Proofread all marketing materials and edit content during production.
  • Maintain and develop content for in-store digital signage and intranet.
  • Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Research resources for program development and cross-promotional marketing.
  • Assist and develop email and advertising content as required.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job description

The Marketing Coordinator works under the direction of the Marketing Manager to provide administrative support in the day-to-day execution of marketing programs and initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for contributing to a culture of high performance through detail-oriented project planning, strategy development, and budget management to strengthen Kitchen Stuff Plus’ position as a leader in the housewares market.
