The Vesta Group of Companies is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and success of our Marketing department. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate marketing and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will assist in executing marketing strategies to elevate our brand and support project launches, with a strong focus on social media campaign management, digital platforms, CRM systems, and coordination with internal and external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support the development and execution of marketing plans for real estate projects throughout pre-launch, launch, and active sales phases.
2. Lead the coordination and implementation of social media & integrated marketing campaigns, including content planning, idea generation, scheduling, and oversight of execution across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn; monitor engagement and track performance metrics.
3. Assist in managing Vesta's HubSpot CRM: ensure data accuracy, support automations, and help analyze lead performance.
4. Contribute to maintaining a consistent brand identity across marketing materials including signage, brochures, websites, and social media.
5. Help manage updates to websites and landing pages, with a focus on usability and SEO.
6. Coordinate with third-party vendors including designers, photographers, influencers, and media outlets.
7. Assist in planning and executing events such as grand openings, community activations, and presentations.
8. Support marketing-related administrative tasks, including PO tracking, invoice review, and marketing budget coordination.
9. Assist with internal and external communications, reporting, and documentation management.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1. 3-5 years of marketing experience, within the real estate industry.
2. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a recognized post-secondary institution.
3. Experience supporting digital campaigns (Google, Meta), CRM tools, and social media platforms.
4. Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
5. Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
7. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, flexible approach to problem-solving.
