Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive marketing and communications experience.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Exceptional writer and editor capable of turning complex information into clear content.
• Confident relationship builder who works with senior professionals and guides editors.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and manages competing priorities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead DMCL’s content strategy and our client newsletter, Between the [Spread]Sheets, turning complex topics into clear content people want to read.
• Manage inbound new business inquiries, assess opportunities, and connect viable leads with the right partner.
• Develop and lead integrated marketing and communications campaigns that support firm priorities and drive business development.
• Shape strategy and messaging for internal and external firm communications and announcements.
• Be a relentless brand ambassador, championing DMCL’s brand across all touchpoints.
• Partner with the Director of Marketing and Communications on broader priorities, bringing ideas and strategy to the table.
• Mentor and support the Marketing Coordinator, providing guidance and growth opportunities.
