We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Communications Consultant to join our dynamic Consulting team. As a Consultant, you will support our specialized marketing, communications, and other strategic initiatives for clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating marketing tactics, managing creative collateral, and digital projects, working closely with specialized resources. Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing, communication, and strategic plans for clients.
• Conduct market and audience research, including interviews, surveys, and focus groups, to support strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage marketing tactics, ensuring timely delivery and high standards, including creative collateral and digital projects.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other specialists to execute marketing initiatives seamlessly.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular updates to the Senior Manager.
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations of the highest quality for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop key messages for client communications, ensuring consistency with marketing strategies.
• Maintain organized project documentation for easy access and reference.
• Provide general coordination support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Assist clients by addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Work closely with the Senior Manager and clients to understand goals and develop recommendations to enhance marketing efforts.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience managing multiple projects, preferably in a consulting or agency setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client and team relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies such as SEO, ASO, backlinking, and familiarity with creative software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) are assets.
