POSITION SUMMARY :

The Marketing Campaign Manager utilizes customer insights to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include implementing marketing strategies, managing campaign lifecycle, coordinating with internal and external teams, analyzing performance, and optimizing ROI.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns; allocate resources; track performance.
  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle from conceptualization to execution.
  • Create comprehensive campaign strategies and timelines, ensuring flawless delivery.
  • Drive research usage and customer engagement through marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing collateral and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage relationships with external partners for campaign execution.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Support sales and product teams to meet revenue targets.
  • Align marketing objectives with other departmental goals.
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities.
  • Stay current with marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Measure and report campaign performance; develop KPIs and benchmarks for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify target segments.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans for new stores.
  • Identify process improvements for project management and resource efficiency.
  • Coordinate with store management to support campaign execution.
  • Measure ROI and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail.
  • Proven success in managing marketing campaigns and increasing sales.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

These qualifications enable effective planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to boost engagement and sales.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK CONDITIONS :

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, and use hands for handling objects and controls.
