Job summary

A leading automotive firm in Ajax, Ontario, seeks a Marketing Coordinator responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the Marketing Department. This role includes tracking budgets, managing marketing claims, and ensuring effective communication with the dealer network. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of marketing coordination experience, and excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Bilingualism is a strong asset.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing coordination, preferably within the automotive or luxury sector.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Track and reconcile marketing budgets, process estimates, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Oversee claims and payouts for the dealer co-op marketing program.
  • Manage development and distribution of marketing updates to the dealer network.
