Boston Scientific in Mississauga is seeking a Marketing & Biomedical Communications Associate for an eight-month placement starting January 2027. You will collaborate with the Biomedical Communications team to develop clinically accurate content for promotional materials, campaigns, and HCP education materials, interfacing with Product Management, Regulatory, and R&D.

This hybrid role requires enrollment or recent graduation from the MScBMC program, proficiency in Cinema 4D and Adobe Creative

Qualifications

  • Actively enrolled in or recently graduated from the MScBMC program at the University of Toronto or similar accredited program.
  • Proficiency in an industry standard 3D software such as Cinema 4D.
  • Excellence in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholder teams to research, translate workflows, and create biomed comms pieces that meet regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, IP/Legal, R&D, Quality) to ensure content meets business needs.
  • Adhere to Corporate, Quality and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Undertake special projects and other duties as required.

Projects may include animations, illustrations, exhibit installations, UX/UI, advertising, and general marketing collateral (print and digital) to support marketing, sales, and clinical education. The Intern will gain exposure to the marketing, promotion and sales of innovative medical device portfolios and procedures, while interfacing with a range of stakeholders and SMEs such as Product Management, Clinical Education, Digital Marketing, Creative Marketing & Events, Regulatory, Intellectual Property, R&D and Quality.Work mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy.
