Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking an energetic University Marketing Assistant to support marketing, social media, communications, and on-campus event promotion. This student-focused role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic team.

You will create and schedule social content, assist campaigns, develop graphics and materials, analyze campaign performance, support events, maintain digital content, and collaborate on brand awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Canva or similar design tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
