Marketing Associate

This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in campaigns, content creation, analytics, and more.

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
2. Partnership Outreach: Support outreach initiatives with schools, youth organizations, and other partners.
3. Event Support: Aid in the coordination and promotion of TKS events, both virtual and in-person.
4. Email Marketing: Help design and execute targeted email campaigns and maintain communication with our audience.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Assist with tracking and analyzing marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms like HubSpot to assess campaign performance.
6. General Support: Provide general support to the marketing team, including organizing assets, managing databases, and maintaining marketing calendars.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2. Can demonstrate experience through projects and/or relevant work experience.
3. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), social media platforms, and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. A creative mindset with the ability to contribute unique ideas.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
