Marketing Associate

This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in campaigns, content creation, analytics, and more.

Responsibilities :

• Campaign Support : Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
• Partnership Outreach : Support outreach initiatives with schools, youth organizations, and other partners.
• Event Support : Aid in the coordination and promotion of TKS events, both virtual and in-person.
• Email Marketing : Help design and execute targeted email campaigns and maintain communication with our audience.
• Analytics and Reporting : Assist with tracking and analyzing marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms like HubSpot to assess campaign performance.
• General Support : Provide general support to the marketing team, including organizing assets, managing databases, and maintaining marketing calendars.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Can demonstrate experience through projects and / or relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), social media platforms, and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to contribute unique ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and on-the-ball.
