Job Description

Reporting to the Marketing Project Director, you will contribute to managing the organization’s online presence, primarily on social media. This role focuses on content creation, coordinating posts, engaging with online communities, and managing internal marketing projects. You will ensure the consistency and effectiveness of digital communications while collaborating with various teams to support communication initiatives.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Manage a portfolio of 50 Facebook pages, including the planning, creation, and publication of bilingual content (organic and paid).
  • Write engaging texts for posts, advertising campaigns, and social initiatives such as J’AIM MA COMMUNAUTÉ.
  • Collaborate on visual design and ensure consistent, high-quality content across social media platforms.
  • Engage with online communities by responding to messages, comments, and reviews on Facebook and Google.
  • Coordinate internal marketing requests through Asana, shared inboxes, and various promotional projects (signage, brochures, etc.).
  • Create purchase requests in Maximo and follow up on invoices with the accounts payable team.

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You have excellent writing skills in both French and English.
  • You have strong social media skills, particularly on Facebook (Business Manager is an asset).
  • You have solid project coordination and organizational abilities.
  • You have a good working knowledge of tools like Canva, Brandwatch, Google Suite, and Asana.
  • You are creative, detail-oriented, autonomous, and collaborative.
