We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Digital Marketing, Newsletters & CRM Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting the leasing and visibility efforts of our residential and commercial properties by managing digital campaigns, optimizing our CRM, and creating engaging content for social media.
TASKS
- Participate in the planning and execution of B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies for current properties and upcoming projects.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- Prepare mailing lists, execute marketing campaigns, and support lead generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors for the creation of digital marketing materials.
- Ensure real estate listings are regularly updated and optimized across various platforms.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously develop marketing and technical skills.
CRM, Automation & Optimization
- Manage and optimize the CRM database (HubSpot): data accuracy, segmentation, compliance, and best practices.
- Deploy, manage, and improve marketing automation workflows.
- Integrate AI into marketing processes to enhance performance, personalization, and efficiency.
- Ensure the proper functioning and integration of related systems (HubSpot, Building Stack, CallTrackingMetrics), and maintain up-to-date leasing documents and listings.
Social Media Management
- Design and execute a content strategy for Instagram accounts of residential properties (posts, stories, videos, reels).
- Capture high-quality on-site photos and videos showcasing units, common areas, exteriors, and lifestyle.
- Write compelling captions and ensure brand-aligned visual and editorial coherence.
- Develop organic growth strategies (follower growth, engagement, cross-property content), and manage post boosting as needed.
- Conduct competitive monitoring and stay on top of trends to keep Forum ahead of the Montreal market.
- Monitor performance and prepare a monthly report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including recommendations.
Website & SEO
- Maintain up-to-date and optimized residential property websites according to SEO best practices.
- Conduct keyword research, monitor SEO performance, and propose ongoing improvements.
- Ensure content consistency with brand identity and maximize organic lead generation.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to track campaign performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on KPIs and propose strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, tenants, partners, and vendors to ensure message and goal alignment.
- Support broader marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing and social media management—experience in real estate or hospitality is an asset.
- Real estate and customer experience background (an asset)
- In depth WordPress knowledge for website management
- Strong visual content creation skills (photo, video, basic editing, and curation).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and content scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and digital ad performance tracking.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator (an asset)
- Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
- Creative, curious, flexible, and a team player.
- Bilingual (French and English) preferred.
