Job summary

Stalwart Insurance Brokers Ltd. (Stalwart) is seeking a Marketing Analyst for our Vancouver or Toronto offices. You will support senior staff across operational, analytical and administrative tasks with a focus on marketing and the firm’s public presence.

You will assist planning and execution of campaigns, draft marketing copy, manage website and social channels, and coordinate with agencies to improve processes and reporting. Immediate start in a full-time, in-person role.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, ideally in marketing, communications, commerce or a related field.
• Interest in or exposure to marketing considered an asset.
• Strong writing and proofreading ability.
• Comfort with marketing and analytics tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor with client-centric focus.
• Proactive self-starter with problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff and managers in daily operations with a focus on marketing.
• Assist executive team in planning and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
• Support planning and delivery of campaigns, materials and events.
• Draft and proof marketing copy.
• Maintain the website and the firm's social channels.
• Coordinate with agencies, designers and printers on deliverables.
• Keep the marketing calendar and asset library up to date.
• Report on campaign performance and channel activity.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Track and report on key performance metrics.
