You will lead campaigns, write communications, optimize content distribution, and analyze performance with Excel, HubSpot, and Power BI, contributing to AI-driven marketing practices. The role requires 10+ years in marketing or communications and bilingual fluency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, or related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and tools such as HubSpot and Power BI.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bilingual French and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel promotion, communication, and go-to-market plans.
• Produce and coordinate advertising campaigns, mass email communications, and promotional content in digital and print formats.
• Plan, write, and distribute communications tailored to various audiences, including emails, articles, and presentations.
• Define key messages and ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all communications.
• Integrate content into platforms, optimize distribution lists and calendars, and oversee timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze campaign and communication performance using Excel and provide recommendations.
• Contribute to AI-driven marketing practices and automation initiatives.
• Participate in change management related to products, tools, and processes.
• Plan and coordinate marketing and sales events, including advisor experience initiatives.
