Our team is passionate about supporting the development, governance and management of strategic forecasting and planning for the holistic Consumer Marketing organization. We help define, articulate, and track against our overall strategic direction and priorities to win and sustain share in the Canadian telecommunications market. Our mandate includes budget setting and forecasting for the Wireless product portfolio across all Consumer segments, tracking and reporting on key financial and performance metrics, and delivering strategic deep‑dives and programs.
Our focus is on gaining a deep understanding of our business and customers, and using it to envision, build, and articulate the innovative strategies that will help us win in the market. We also work closely with our Executive leadership team to help communicate and drive these strategies across the organization.

As a Market Intelligence Manager you’ll own and drive planning + consolidation of key Financial KPIs for Telus Consumer Mobility including budgeting/forecasting, performance management and deep‑dive analytics.
With line of sight across many of our core KPI’s and brands, you’ll keep your finger on the pulse of our business performance, build relationships across the Consumer Marketing organization to inform your perspectives, and help us take our strategy and planning processes to the next level of accuracy and relevance.
You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, Sales and Product teams to understand current business performance and assess forward‑looking views.

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position’s main responsibilities given its national scope.
Salary Range: $70,000-$120,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%
