Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited (CTC) is seeking a Market & GIS Analyst to support the Real Estate group with sales forecasts, cannibalization estimates, and demographic analysis for capital investment decisions.
Reporting to the Manager of the Real Estate and GIS Decision Support team, you will work with regional development teams and help develop tools to enhance self-serve analyses. A degree in GIS/geography is required with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
The Real Estate and GIS Decision Support team supports the decision-making process across CTC by providing geospatial data, analytics, insights, and GIS expertise. The team is looking for a Market & GIS Analyst to support the Real Estate group by providing sales forecasts, cannibalization estimates, long term market plans, and demographic analysis to support the capital investment decision-making process.
Reporting to the Manager of the Real Estate and GIS Decision Support team, the GIS Analyst will provide support to regional development teams as required, while also working collaboratively with other members of the team to develop new tools in support of the above functions.

Our typical hiring range is between $53,000.00 and $88,000.00 CAD Annual.
The target salary range is between $60,000 and $70,000.00 CAD Annual. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
