Business Title: Senior Manager, Market Access
Primary responsibility for Manitoba and the West and other regions as needed
Position Overview
Biocon Biologics is seeking a dynamic and experienced Market Access professional to lead payer engagement and account management for public and private reimbursement contracts with primary focus in Western Canada and other regions as needed. This role will focus on improving access and procurement of Biocon Biologics' biosimilar products. The Market Access Senior Manager will leverage expertise in healthcare policy and reimbursement strategies to identify and bridge access gaps, creating sustainable pathways for product accessibility and acceptance. Success in this role will be reflected in achieving stakeholder endorsement of Biocon Biologic’s value proposition and implementation of market access strategies.
