Job summary

Adaptive Marine Solutions Inc. is seeking a senior technical architect to define and govern system architecture for maritime digital solutions.

You will oversee integrations, data models, and deployment designs while guiding infrastructure decisions and security requirements. The role requires hands-on experience in solution design, pre-sales support, and client-facing discussions to drive scalable, compliant architectures in complex environments.

Qualifications

  • Requires Canadian security clearance.
  • Background in network architecture, cloud platforms, virtualization, and project coordination.
  • Experience with technical solution design and deployment for maritime environments.
  • Ability to evaluate integrations, data models, security requirements, and infrastructure needs.
  • Understanding of scalability, maintainability, and technical governance.
  • Capable of supporting pre-sales activity and client discussions.

Responsibilities

  • Define system architecture and set technical standards.
  • Oversee integrations, data models, and deployment design.
  • Approve technology stack choices and guide infrastructure decisions.
  • Establish security and infrastructure requirements.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and compliant.
  • Lead data governance and coordination of integration architecture.
  • Review technical quality through architecture and design assessments.
  • Conduct technical risk reviews and support integration planning.
  • Shape DevOps strategy and coordinate infrastructure activities.

Requirements

Must have:
