Job summary

A marina company in Central Ontario is seeking a Marina Attendant to ensure excellent guest relations and assist with various duties such as dock assistance, cash handling, and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate should be flexible with working hours and possess strong customer service skills. Knowledge of nautical terminology and prior experience are assets. This role demands physical endurance and offers a unique outdoor work experience.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to swim and tread water for two minutes is an asset.
• Possession of a valid Pleasure Craft Operators card is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain superior guest relations and assist at the dock.
• Perform pump outs and handle guest concerns.
• Maintain marina facilities and assist customers.
