Manufacturing Technician

Wage: $25/hr

Shift: Day/Afternoon 2-week rotation or straight nights - upon being hired, you must be able to work straight nights

Location: Woodstock

Responsibilities

• Operate and tend to automated equipment in collaboration with a team
• Interpret and understand machine readouts; adjust settings for variance, quality, and thresholds
• Record accurate production data in a computerized system
• Conduct pre-shift cell inspections to ensure machinery is in good working condition

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a MUST
• Experience utilizing visual work instructions to complete tasks
• Basic math skills are required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well with people
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with robotic or automated manufacturing is an asset
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
