GeoSpectrum is growing and has a new career opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead!
Reporting to the Manager of Technical Assembly, t the Manufacturing Team Lead is responsible for leading daily production activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of products. This role provides frontline leadership to a team of manufacturing employees, coordinates workflow and resources, monitors production performance, and promotes a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and teamwork. The Manufacturing Team Lead serves as the primary point of contact on the production floor, ensuring that production schedules are achieved while maintaining compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
The core responsibilities of the Manufacturing Team Lead is to build on the responsibilities of the Coordinator role.
All candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain Canadian Controlled Goods and Canadian Government Security clearances.
