Realtruck in Magog, QC, is seeking a Project/Program Manager to oversee continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and safety oversight. The role includes leading the occupational health and safety committee, implementing Lean improvements, and coordinating safety audits with CNESST and Novo SST.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with injection processes. The position is based on site in Magog.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • Experience in a manufacturing plant is preferred, especially an injection process.

Responsabilités

  • Participate and identify initiatives for continuous improvement to maximize efficiency, productivity and safety.
  • Establish and implement a budget and list of necessary actions.
  • Validate and implement continuous improvements (Lean manufacturing an asset).
  • Participate in the actions of the Compass room.
  • Lead the health and safety committee.
  • Analyze and diagnose health and safety issues affecting workers.
  • Create and implement procedures, work instructions and training related to safety.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze incidents and accidents on production.
  • Act as liaison with health and safety auditors (e.g., CNESST, Novo SST).
  • Perform other related duties as required.
