Job summary

Kinetic Custom Trailers in Penticton, BC is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to identify and solve operational challenges. You will map current processes, design future-state improvements, and drive their adoption across teams.

You will work with the Business Systems & Intelligence Analyst to ensure changes are supported by systems, reports, and performance measures. Office hours, full-time, in-office role.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Operations Management, Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, operations, manufacturing, or project coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with frontline employees and leadership.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows and identify bottlenecks to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Map current processes and design future-state improvements that are scalable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and verify impact.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and supporting documentation.
• Support change management, training, and adoption across departments.
