SWS Warning Lights Inc. is seeking a Process Coordinator to analyze manufacturing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements on the production floor.

You will work with Engineering, Quality, and Production to turn ideas into practical changes that enhance reliability and efficiency. Your role includes creating clear process documentation, supporting quality initiatives, and helping introduce new processes and technologies.

Qualifikationen

• Post Secondary degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with CAD software, process simulation software, and data analysis tools.
• Manufacturing environment experience and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Find better ways to build by continuously analyzing existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Turn improvements into action by developing and implementing practical process improvements that make the operation more efficient and repeatable.
• Build the playbook by developing and maintaining manufacturing process documentation, operating instructions, and product instructions for knowledge transfer and training.
• Strengthen quality by helping develop and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Connect the teams by working with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to integrate new processes and technologies smoothly.
• Get hands-on with equipment by helping maintain, calibrate, and verify the quality of production machinery.
• Design with manufacturing in mind by providing input during product design to ensure manufacturability.
• Build smarter tools by designing and maintaining production build jigs, test jigs, and fixtures.
• Break bottlenecks by conducting capacity and debottlenecking studies to identify constraints and improve flow.
• Own the details by maintaining accurate records of process improvements and outcomes.
• Manage engineering changes to ensure changes are controlled and communicated.
• Protect design accuracy by maintaining the engineering drawing database.
• Keep learning to continually improve manufacturing knowledge and improvement methodologies.
