Responsibilities and Assignments

• Manage the production process to meet planning demands, utilizing productive tools, maintaining inventory, and implementing action plans for productivity and flexibility.
• Motivate and develop the team through monitoring, training, and feedback to foster a transparent and productive organizational environment.
• Manage resources, operational goals, and the production flow by monitoring indicators, making decisions, and implementing continuous improvements aligned with company strategy.
• Develop, control, and optimize budgets for the Cost Center through monthly financial management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• University Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (required).
• Master's Degree (MBA in Business Management) is desirable.
