Job summary

Magna Exteriors in Ontario is seeking a Health & Safety professional to strengthen our workplace safety program. The role focuses on coordinating HS&E activities across the plant, supporting environmental and ergonomic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with OHSA and regulatory requirements.

You will conduct investigations, lead safety training, maintain policies and records, and collaborate with HR and operations to improve the health and well-being of our employees.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in Health & Safety in manufacturing.
• Ontario OHSA Act knowledge required.
• Diploma/degree in Occupational or Public Health & Safety.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health, safety, and environmental programs.
• Lead accident investigations and corrective actions.
• Conduct monthly workplace inspections for legal compliance.
• Maintain HS&E documentation and records.
• Deliver HS&E training and orientation.
• Liaise with HR and Corporate HS personnel.
