Job summary

Enervac International in Cambridge, ON is seeking a reliable full-time general labor candidate for our manufacturing team. This on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 5:30 am – 2:00 pm, with pay of $20.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Must be able to read and write in English and work well in a team. Key duties include shop upkeep, preparing units for shipping, material handling, loading/unloading pallets, and assisting production and paint departments while maintaining a

Qualifications

Reading and writing in English is required.
One year of related manufacturing experience preferred.
Previous shipping/receiving experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Perform general shop maintenance and housekeeping duties to keep a clean, organized work area.
Clean and prepare units and equipment for shipping.
Assist with material handling, including lifting, moving, staging, and organizing materials.
Provide assistance to the shipping department as needed.
Load and unload pallets from trucks.
Record and restock leftover parts after job completion.
Assist with backorders inventory parts handling.
Assist paint department with prep, priming, and sandblasting tasks.
Support production and assembly teams with general labor duties.
Build, assemble, and prepare wooden crates and packaging.
