Job summary

Windoware Group in Concord, Ontario invites applications for the position of General labourer – manufacturing. This is a permanent, full-time role with hourly pay from $25.00 to $35.00, depending on experience, and 40 to 50 hours per week.

The successful candidate will transport materials, weigh items, sort and pack, and assist machine operators while helping to maintain a clean, safe work environment. English fluency, reliability, punctuality, flexibility, and 3–5 years of related experience

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• There are no standard education requirements such as a degree or diploma.
• Ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
• Must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Candidates should be punctual, flexible and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or with powered equipment.
• Check and weigh materials and products.
• Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products.
• Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers.
• Perform other labouring and elemental activities as needed.
• Clean machines and surrounding work areas.
