Job summary

DMC Recruitment is seeking a Financial Analyst - Manufacturing in Toronto, ON to support multiple facilities. You’ll forecast, analyze costs, margins and inventory while partnering with the Controller and plant leadership.

The role blends hands-on cost control with strategic financial analysis to improve performance. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in manufacturing accounting, a degree in Accounting or Finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems such as Sage 300.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting/financial experience in manufacturing.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of costing, inventory and month-end accounting.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience.
• Understanding of manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple manufacturing operations, working with Controller and plant leadership.
• Forecasting and planning, analyzing manufacturing costs, margins and inventory.
• Analyze operational performance and month-end accounting.
• Improve reporting and contribute to business decisions.
• Collaborate across finance, operations and plant leadership.
