The Manufacturing Engineer—Moulding is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of new products from Advanced Product Development to Operations. Follow the Advance Product Quality Planning (Trax) established practice. Lead the advanced manufacturing team and support teams to a flawless launch. Apply technical knowledge and expertise to ensure robust manufacturing process design prior to launch and lead production improvement projects. Manage performance deliverables such as implementation of CI suggestions, scrap reduction initiatives and OEE improvements through the launch of new business or projects assigned by management. Supporting technical and manufacturing solutions; including engineering and design to achieve goals and objectives relating to research and development, organizational projects and services for continuous improvement and risk reduction.
Compensation Range: $85,000-90,000 per year
