Qualifications

• 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably Tier 1 automotive.
• Strong knowledge of automation, robotics, welding, stamping, machining, or injection molding.
• Experience with Lean/CI, APQP, PFMEA, and PPAP.
• Knowledge of CAD, ERP/MES, data analysis, and automation/controls systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Engineering degree or related technical diploma with significant experience.
