Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement assembly processes that meet customer requirements, quality standards, and cost objectives.

You will lead the introduction of new processes, equipment, tooling, automation, and robotics from development through launch, partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve design, manufacturability, and quality issues while supporting adoption of new technologies and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience with assembly/manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of quality tools and APQP.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement assembly processes to meet customer requirements, quality standards, cost objectives and labor plans.
• Lead the implementation of new processes, equipment, tooling, automation and robotics from development through launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product design, manufacturability, quality and assembly processes.
• Support adoption of new technologies and continuous process improvements to increase efficiency, throughput, quality and reliability.
• Coordinate with plant, engineering, quality, PC&L, suppliers and launch teams to deliver robust production processes.
