Client Development Executive – Remote Work (Commission-based)

About the role

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging Harbinger Network as a 3rd party recruiter to fill vacancies.
  2. Develop and grow your own client portfolio through proactive business development.
  3. Utilize our established client database to quickly start generating results.
  4. Build trusting relationships with clients to secure ongoing business.
  5. Access resources and team support to efficiently fill client vacancies.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure the right candidates are presented for each opportunity.

About you

  1. 10+ years of staffing industry experience as a Recruiter or Business Development/Account Manager, specifically in Manufacturing in Ontario.
  2. Strong relationship-based business development skills.
  3. Proven sales success and a track record of achieving targets.
  4. Highly motivated, resilient, and driven to deliver quality service.
  5. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
