Client Development Executive – Remote Work (Commission-based)

As a Client Development Executive at HNi, you will be responsible for developing new business and managing a client base across various sectors, including Banking & Financial Services, Construction, Engineering, Government, Human Resources, Information Systems & Technology, Legal and Administration, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Real Estate & Architecture. We seek individuals with a successful track record as a 360 recruiter who wish to grow further with our support.

About the role
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including using Harbinger Network as a third-party recruiter to fill vacancies.
  • Lead the development of new opportunities to grow your portfolio.
  • Utilize our well-established client database to start effectively.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients to win more business.
  • Access resources and team support to fill client vacancies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the right candidates are matched with the right opportunities.
About you
  • 10+ years of staffing industry experience as a Recruiter or Business Development Manager / Account Manager, specifically in Manufacturing in Alberta.
  • Strong business development skills with a relationship-based approach.
  • Proven sales success.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and driven to deliver quality service.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
