Job summary

Bromer Inc. is seeking a Factory Helper in Terrebonne, QC. This is a permanent, full-time position with day shifts offered in a manufacturing setting.

You will support materials handling, packing, and basic machine assistance, while maintaining clean work areas and adhering to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate speaks French, has a related trade certificate or equivalent experience, and can lift up to 30 lbs. 2–3 years' experience and reliability are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French.
• Certificate or diploma in related trade or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in a related industry.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs (13.5 kg).
• Punctual, dependable and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Check and weigh materials and products.
• Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products with accuracy.
• Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers.
• Perform other labouring and related tasks.
• Clean machines and the immediate work areas.
