Job summary

Kymera International in Canada is seeking a skilled Manual Machinist for our Component Reman division. You will work with a team to prep and finish rods, barrels, glands, and pistons to customer and internal specs, using a range of lathes, mills, drills, and precision tools.

Responsibilities include boring, keyway cutting, profiling, threading; reading blueprints and work orders; calculating dimensions and tolerances; measuring and testing finished units with precision instruments; setting up

Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate preferred, will accept Apprentices. Preference given to those with manual experience in a repair environment.
• Minimum of five years' experience in machining.
• Knowledge of manual lathes, mills, drill presses, and precision measuring tools.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Available to work occasional overtime.
