Schaeffler Aerospace Canada Inc. is seeking a full-time Production Operator in Stratford, Ontario. You will set up and operate manual production processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality while recording data in routers and IMS.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate all required manual production processes.
• Perform basic problem solving and troubleshoot production issues.
• Responsible for quality and inspect own work.
• Follow and record data in routers, IMS and production tracking systems.
• Train other operators as needed.
• May perform additional manual operations in other departments.
• Read and interpret production prints.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping in all areas.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate all required manual production processes.
