This role involves facilitating decisioning and analysis of all types of credit information to support lending decisions and processes for the bank. It requires maintaining a client service environment that aims to satisfy and exceed customer needs and expectations. The successful candidate will make credit decisions and recommendations in accordance with sound credit-granting principles and in compliance with Bank Policies & Procedures.

  • Apply expertise to address complex problems, communicate concepts clearly, and foster networks.
  • Anticipate trends and implement appropriate changes.
Qualifications:
  • Typically 9+ years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Extensive industry knowledge and recognized as a technical and thought leader.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proven influence, collaboration, and team skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity effectively.
Salary:

$103,500.00 - $192,500.00

Pay Type:

Salaried
