Your duties:- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives- Oversee day-to-day operations of the organization and ensure efficient and effective functioning- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and mentorship- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance- Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for cost-saving measures- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's market presence- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetingsYour qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Managing Director or similar position- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving organizational goals- Proven track record in business development and driving revenue growth- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
