Facilitates growth initiatives for the Bank through significant business development and excellent management of key client relationships. Maintains an outstanding and continuous record of significant revenue generation from sales and syndications. Ensures the required internal control standards, including adherence to audit, regulatory and compliance policies.
- Leads and executes business development plans to achieve or exceed business goals.
- Provides strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor.
- Makes recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives based on an in-depth understanding of the business/group.
- Acts as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies.
- Advises on sales strategy based on market, industry verticals, competitors, client needs, and growth opportunities.
- Conducts analysis to resolve strategic issues.
- Develops business cases by identifying needs, analyzing options, and assessing ROI.
- Recommends business priorities, advises on resources, and develops strategic roadmaps.
- Networks with industry contacts for insights and best practices.
- Coordinates database management, ensuring data alignment with governance standards.
- Leads change management initiatives, including assessments, planning, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation.
- Manages risks associated with complex portfolios efficiently.
- Oversees review processes and maintains documentation, ensuring compliance and safety.
- Executes operational programs, ensuring quality and adaptability.
- Serves as the primary contact for clients on sales-related inquiries.
- Prepares data and documentation for sales activities.
- Supports pre-sales efforts, including pitch preparation and client research.
- Tracks and manages implementation requests and internal reports, recommending improvements.
- Provides research support to facilitate client solutions.
- Ensures seamless sales and service administration, maintaining accurate client data and billing.
- Acts as a resource at the group/enterprise level, addressing complex situations with creativity and expertise.
- Implements strategic changes in response to market trends.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience with a related degree or equivalent.
- Credit qualifications if applicable, with knowledge of credit standards.
- Proven success in business development and networking.
- Knowledge of industry verticals and market environment.
- Experience in negotiations, RFP responses, and sales strategies.
- Deep expertise in risk, sales management, relationship management, and conflict resolution.
- Strong resource planning, business acumen, financial understanding, and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, analytical, influence, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
Salary:
$84,000.00 - $156,000.00
