*POSITION: Warehouse Manager**About the role:*The *Warehouse Manager *requires a determined individual interested in helping our business grow by promoting a culture of teamwork, dedication and superior customer care. You will flourish in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where success is rewarded. You will be responsible for supporting the management with directing the daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing and shipping of products.*What you?ll do:** Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees where appropriate* Anticipate potential schedule or priority delays and initiate plan for alternative actions* Ensure all procedures are in place and activities align with company goals and objectives* Lead by example with a positive ?can do? attitude that motivates others in the location* Enforce quality standards and procedures* Proactively identify and prevent quality issues from occurring* Commit to ongoing improvement in the workplace by proactively seeking feedback and monitoring operational processes* Perform inventory counts* Assist with shipping and receiving of materials* Perform fabrication and cut-to-size* Has certification or willingness to become certified in operating a forklift* Enforce basic housekeeping standards and Company-implemented safe operating procedures (OSHA, PPE, etc.)* Develop and maintain excellent customer satisfaction by providing unmatched quality & service* Perform other duties as assignedWe are looking for passionate leaders who bring initiative and creativity while putting the customer at the center of all they do!*What you?ll need:** 5+ years of warehouse experience, 2+ years in a supervisory capacity* Ability to calculate requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry* Experience with Microsoft Office* Able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis* Follow all safety procedures* High level of honesty and integrity* Must be 18 years or older* Must pass a background investigation as part of the selection process* Must pass the drug test as part of the selection process* Must have unrestricted authorization to work in Canada* *(Preferred)* ?
