Are you a strategic and hands-on marketing professional with a passion for financial products like life insurance? Join Foresters Financial as the Manager, U.S. Product Marketing, supporting our salesforce and driving sales and engagement through innovative marketing strategies and communications. Reporting to the AVP of Product and Distribution Marketing NA, you'll work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong project management and a proactive mindset.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership
  • Develop and execute strategic campaigns aligned with departmental KPIs, such as increasing active producers and surpassing application volumes.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and integrated across channels.
Content Creation
  • Develop content plans that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage workflows efficiently, ensuring high-quality marketing materials in a fast-paced environment.
Project Management
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage resources and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Team Management
  • Lead and mentor a diverse marketing team.
  • Set performance expectations and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across departments.
  • Ensure clear communication of marketing objectives and initiatives.
Performance Measurement
  • Develop metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Use analytics to optimize marketing strategies continuously.
Key Qualifications
  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in financial services or life insurance is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email marketing tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp), content management systems (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI).
