Job Description

The Manager Trainee program provides hands‑on‑training in: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports achievement of location sales goals amd customer service excellence.

We use AI‑enabled tools to screen and/or assess applications against job‑related criteria (e.g., minimum qualifications and keywords). All hiring decisions involve human review.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be 20 years of age or older. A valid driver's license is required and a clean driver record. Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed. Excellent written and spoken communication.
