Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. seeks a Full Time Manager Trainee in Canada. The role combines sales, operations, and customer service with hands-on training and a potential career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months.

You will be the brand ambassador, meet location sales goals, and provide excellent service while developing skills in finance, fleet management and people leadership. A high school diploma and clean driving record are required.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• A valid driver's license is required and a clean driver record.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

The Manager Trainee program provides hands-on-training in: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance, fleet management and people management. This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports achievement of location sales goals amd customer service excellence.
