Dream is looking for a Manager of Total Rewards to join our People + Culture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, execution, and administration of our compensation, benefits, pension and incentive programs. Who are you?
Are you a passionate HR / Compensation generalist who is a strong project manager, has an aptitude for details and loves to analyze data to support decision making? Do you have natural curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement? Are you always looking for ways to enhance processes while collaborating with others? If so, we want to hear from you.
With 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced human resources environment, you’ve built deep expertise in the human resources function, with a focus on compensation, benefits, pension, and workforce analytics. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and explore innovative solutions to drive results. You take a proactive approach, leading by example and always considering the bigger picture when implementing new initiatives.
Your ability to provide an exceptional customer experience is evident in your clear, confident communication—both written and verbal. You take ownership of total rewards programs, thrive in a team-oriented environment, and foster strong relationships across the organization and with our vendor partners.
