Job summary

Capital One Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting professionals from sourcing top talent to negotiating offers. You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies and align with business leaders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will coach and develop recruiting teams, foster collaboration, and drive a high-performance culture focused on candidate experience and process excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing.
• 5+ years of experience in Client Management.
• 2+ years of experience in People Management.

About the Role

With a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates, you will leverage innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of talent. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you'll ensure alignment on business objectives and delivering results.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop a strategic recruitment plan to achieve the workforce needs of today and to sustainably serve our future growth

• Partner with senior leaders in the business to identify organizational talent needs in a technology centered, data driven and digitally oriented organization

• Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration inspiring team members to perform at their best, leveraging diverse strengths and talents to achieve shared goals

• Partner with the talent brand team to position Capital One as a destination for top talent.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing
