Systems Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to support multiple applications within our Corporate Solutions Technology team. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a strong focus on delivering Systems Analyst documents, among other key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership skills, taking the initiative to lead efforts, collaborate effectively with teams, and drive successful outcomes. The role involves working closely with the business to document processes, providing support for production issues, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver efficient, integrated solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Support: Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements and ensure that systems meet their objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Software Developers, Architects, and Quality Assurance Analysts to design and implement technical solutions, ensuring smooth system operations and deployments.
  • System Design & Documentation: Define and communicate system requirements and designs that ensure applications are flexible, scalable, and maintainable. Deliver Systems Analyst documents with precision.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external vendors and internal business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful technology delivery.
  • Technical Troubleshooting & Analysis: Use your technical expertise to investigate complex issues, analyze data, and break down problems to propose viable solutions.
  • Production Support & Issue Resolution: Provide timely support for production issues, collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime, ensuring seamless operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with Highly Integrated Applications: Expertise with specialized document processing technologies, content management platforms, workflows, and other integrated systems.
  • Technical Background: Strong technical skills, including experience with SQL, API investigation, troubleshooting, and cloud technologies like Azure and Google Cloud.
  • Systems & Application Design: Experience working on systems and application design, as well as integration of disparate technologies (different and unrelated technologies working together within a system).
  • Business Process Understanding: Collaborate with business teams to document their needs and design solutions that fulfill those needs effectively.
  • Functional Requirements & Documentation: Experience in delivering functional requirements, specifications, and data mappings for projects, especially involving APIs and integrated solutions.
  • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring smooth delivery of technology solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical issues in an understandable way to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and business requirements, and a willingness to continue developing new skills and knowledge.
